The hotel staff was gracious, attentive and helpful - we upgraded to a suite and it was large, with a nice view of the pool - the fitness room was spacious, well equipped and bright
Valet parking was quick and convenient - it was an easy walk to Minute Maid Stadium and a row of pubs - the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere - within walking distance to fine restaurants, shopping and entertainment - the pool was charming with great pool bar service
Great location - the interior was posh - the hotel was in great condition - the pool area was very nice - we enjoyed the spa - the surrounding area of the hotel was nice
The room was spacious and sophisticated - the room had glass windows from floor to ceiling which offered an awesome view of the city skyline - the price was reasonable
The food in the lounge was always good - the in-room dining was great - there was a wonderful sushi bar in the lobby - 24 hour room service was great - the hotel offered free car service to locations in the downtown area, which was useful to us - tasteful decorations in the room (more…)

This was a great value for the dollar - it was especially a nice place to stay in the Medical Center due to its very close proximity to the Medical Center - rooms were quite comfortable and nice
They had a large refrigerator, a microwave, a very clean cooking heater in the kitchen - we loved to prepare foods by ourselves very much - breakfasts were really awesome with plenty of choices
I would definitely recommend the Medical Center because it hosted a variety of different options - very close to the Medical Center - it was very great to visit the Houston Zoo at the Herman Park for sightseeing - there were many wonderful dining, shopping and entertainment places nearby
Quality room services - it was a quite comfortable home to stay far away from home - the hotel was lovely, welcoming and secure - the staffs were helpful and friendly - very good place to stay (more…)

The room was bigger than we expected and very clean - Houston Hobby Airport was less than 5 minutes away, which was very convenient for us - the whole hotel was very clean
The free breakfast included some eggs and sausage - check in was seamless - room had all the amenities we needed and even had free cookies, free Wi-Fi and bottled water
There was a 24-hour Walmat supermarket 5 minutes drive south of the hotel - I chose this hotel due to the price and free shuttle to Hobby Airport - I got much more than I expected when staying at the hotel - the staff was courteous and concerned with your needs
Bed was soft with fresh linens - the breakfast was more than continental, with sausage patties and potatoes - room smelled clean and fresh - the room was very quiet and we had a nice sleep
Conveniently located about 1 block from I-45 - the pool looked nice with a fountain and a Jacuzzi - the price was reasonable - the breakfast area was nice with healthy options - the free internet worked fine - there was ample parking - rooms were spacious and well decorated (more…)

This hotel was a very pleasant hotel to stay - the people are extremely friendly - they were doing everything they could to make ones visit enjoyable and comfortable - the beds were new and very comfortable - I also liked that the hotel had central air and not window rattlers
The location, the room and the staff were all excellent - the hotel was close to many restaurants and shopping
The rooms were nice and modern - the staff was friendly and helpful - the standard rooms were great for getting work done - the presidential suite was perfect for entertaining

Food was good - atmosphere in the room was great - staff did a fabulous job keeping everything running smoothly - friendly and personal atmosphere - food was prepared wonderfully - set-up was beautiful - guest baths were a bit dated, but extremely clean and well maintained
Checked-in was very efficient - staff was very professional and courteous - marvelous atmosphere - exemplary service from start to finish - hotel was clean and smelled good - free parking - free wifi were a big plus - 24-hour Internet access was a bonus - light refreshments were available in the evenings
