The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - check-in and out were quick and easy - the room had two double beds - the room was large, clean and well lit - the bed was comfortable and clean
Plenty of pillows and hot water - the bathroom was spotless - breakfast in the morning was scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals and a variety of pastries and drinks - food was fresh and very good
In room free WiFi worked well - no connection issues - vending machines in hall had a wide selection of moderately priced drinks and snacks - would highly recommend it - great value for the price
Excellent customer service - the shuttle was so convenient getting back from the company I was visiting everyday - very clean and spacious rooms - loved the waffles and the variety in breakfast (more…)

Near to everything - the shuttle arrived in 40-50 minutes - there were places in walking distance - two additional small packets of shampoo - nice experience
A washing/drying machine for $1 - the staff made you feel at home - line 14 to downtown Fiesta and Super Target were the nearest supermarkets - 20% discount offered at Fajitas restaurant - it was in the heart of the city - the location was easily accessible
This hotel was special - the staffs made us feel welcome - new improvements of rooms Excellent, caring and friendly Carefree - high marks on the restaurant for the Fajita
Shuttle to various medical centers - breakfast with a lot of choices - nice front desk

A very good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms - friendly and kind staff ready to help anytime - free shuttle service was offered to and from the airport
Shared a parking lot with Sonic and Waffle House - ample free parking provided - kids enjoyed swimming at the indoor/outdoor pool - sleeping room was very nice and spacious
Very adequate and good value for the price - free continental breakfast was decent enough - free in-room Wi-Fi was quite slow
Very friendly and courteous staff couldn't be nicer - surprisingly nice stay for a budget hotel - in-room coffee maker came in handy

The staff was always friendly and helpful - there were lots of food options nearby - it was convenient for us to get back into Houston for baseball games
Our room was quiet and clean - the lobby was in good condition and well decorated - the window AC worked perfectly with very comfortable temperature
Though the breakfast area was small, the continental breakfast was pretty good - the lobby was clean and neat - the breakfast was complimentary and very filling, which was a nice plus
The shower had great pressure - the staff at the front desk was accommodating to us and we had a good stay - the swimming pool with a tropical setting of blooming gingers, palms and subtropical shrubs was a delight to use (more…)
